What is Rad Sandbox? Rad Sandbox is a lo-poly game engine developed quite some time ago and then abandoned. It was believed by the people that abandoned it that it was not worth continuing. I purchased my own copy and I loved it. What I saw was a bunch of guys who did not want to do the work but wanted to take all of the credit when the one guy who was doing all the work did something. Frustrating for him so he quit allowing himself to be used like that. I stuck with it. I made my own version since everyone else was gone and I have added to it and worked with it for years along with my friend  ⁨@Horvi83⁩  and his students and some of his friends. The engine can actually do a lot, and we are always pushing the boundaries and making new or updating old content in the system. What is the system? The system is just that. A system to make a complete game without any coding at all. None. And it works. And it works on windows including windows 11. You can look at some of the videos here and see what it can do. It comes with templates/projects that are all set up with the basics/. In other words, you can load a project template and drive a car across a landscape, or be in a race with other cars, or drive a tank, truck, you get the idea. Then you can change the car body (Called a Skinmesh) to a different body. Or you can change the landscape/racetrack/city to a different one. It has a highway builder and a city street building section. Both of which will allow you to build and save the layout. And what you create is yours to do as you wish with. No fees. No one to pay ever. Can it build a game comparable with a top game engine? No. It is a retro game engine. It will provide awesome games however and you can learn what it takes to build a game. I have built UNITY and UNREAL games with what I learned in RAD Sandbox.
